Ultimate spring/summer 24 fashion trends we found on the runway

In October the spring summer 24 catwalk commenced and showing us what to expect from this years warmer months! We have gathered the top items that were repeatedly delivered on the runways across fashion weeks all around the world.

In overview of fashion week s/s 24 the most common items spotted on the catwalk include business wear, blazers, high waisted straight legged trousers pencil skirts in the colours of black on navy. Mesh was another extremely popular item on the run way, in all forms from mesh skirts to tops and dresses. Carrying on with skirts mini skirts and mini shorts was seen all over the runway, finally on the show department the kitten heel was spotted as the most popular shoe on the runway in a deep red or black.

Seen all over the runways, short shorts and mini skirts are all the range for this years spring summer fashion.

Mini skirts can be seen on runways like Miu Miu, Valentino, Gucci and Molly Goddard

And short shorts can be seen on the runways of Chloé, Dolce & Gabbana and Tom ford.

“business” wear

also found on the runway this year was plenty of work “chic”. This means that there was plenty of blazers and pencil skirts going down the runways. The reason for this is due the resesion, this cause basic colour pallets and smart outfits, reflecting the torditional wear of the workforces.

altough the main colour pallett throughout the runways was blacks, grey and white there was a handful of metalics, silver and gold.

finally the last example seen on a variety of runways include cotten polo shirts, in my opinon this is going to be more of a spring trend, providing a pit of warmth and flare to the cold spring. The polo shirts bring some flare into the basic palette of this seasons trends.
